mdac 2 6

MDAC > 2.6

I have an application that insists on running with MDAC 2.7 or better. I've tried the MDAC kits for 2.7, 2.8 and 2.8 SP1 and none seem to successfully install. Any recommendations?

Which version of MDAC does Vista have? Given that XP SP2 has 2.8 by default IIRC, I'd be surprised if it was anything lower.
