The dll's to replace are: Odbcji32.dll Odbcjt32.dll Odpdx32.dll Though this fixes the problem, it isn't an acceptable solution since lots of stuff (Office 2K, IE 5.x and other) install portions of MDAC 2.x which clobber my workaround.
